Around two years ago, YouTube introduced the ability for viewers to add closed captions and translate subtitles for videos. Last week, they updated this Community Contributions feature to allow viewers to translate your videos’ title and descriptions. With this new addition entire YouTube videos from start to finish can be translated to any language by helpful volunteers.

If you are looking to get some help in having your videos understood around the world remember to switch on Community Contributions for your videos. You can allow the contributions for all your videos or switch it on or off for specific videos if you want.
